HOW TO BUY

Before purchasing, we recommend that you familiarize yourself with our terms and conditions and the complaint procedure.

In a few steps we will show you how easy and fast you can buy in our e-shop.

1. Finding goods

If you know the exact code or name of the product, you can use the search box. Otherwise, search for the goods from the structure menu on the left.

If you have found your goods, enter the required quantity and add the goods to your purchase by pressing the shopping cart icon in the product detail.

2. Create an order

To view the contents of the shopping cart, click on the cart icon at the top of the e-shop above the main menu. Check its contents. You can change the number of ordered goods or delete goods. After editing the contents of the shopping cart, click on "Recalculate".

Then click on the "ORDER" button to continue.
Fill in your contact details (items marked with an asterisk are required) and shipping address (if it does not match the contact details). Please enter the shipping address where you are staying during business hours. We provide transport of goods by courier service and therefore delivery in the evening is not possible.

Choose the mode of transport that suits you best. In case of special transport requirements, you can leave us a message in the note. Next, choose a payment method.

Click the "Complete Order" button to complete your order. After creating the order, the system will automatically send you a confirmation e-mail.

3. Order processing

You will be contacted shortly by the assigned dealer, after confirming all the details you will be sent information about the date of dispatch of the goods.
